Yes. Most school, community, and party flyers work well. Heavily stylized typography can occasionally cause a misread, which is why every detected event is an editable draft before it touches your calendar.

What happens if the flyer does not list a year?

Fridge2Cal infers the year from the current date when one is missing. Verify the year in the review step — particularly for events scheduled for next year.

Does it pick up the event address or location?

Yes. Venue names, addresses, and room numbers are added to the event location field when they appear on the flyer. You can tap the location in iPhone Calendar to open it in Maps.

Can I scan a flyer photo I took weeks ago?

Yes. Fridge2Cal works with photos already saved in your camera roll, not only fresh captures. Pick the image, review the draft event, and save it to your calendar.

Does it work with digital flyers sent as PNG or JPEG attachments?
